We would like to welcome you to The Barclay Guest House.

Our beds are comfy, our rooms are spacious and en-suite and our breakfasts are home cooked and just right to set you up for the day. We've implemented some modern touches to the guest house which we hope you will appreciate and we are continually striving to improve on our green policy.

With free wifi throughout and those little extra's that make a big difference we hope that you thoroughly enjoy your stay with us.

Our rooms can be reserved with or without breakfast. If you do change your mind when you arrive and decide you fancy a full english then please just let us know.

Check in is anytime between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. Check out is 10:00am.

The Barclay Guest House is perfectly positioned - only a 60 metre flat walk to the sea front and it's numerous attractions including the pier and the famous donkeys! There are plenty of restaurants and shops, bars and even a multiplex cinema all within an easy walk of the Guest House. The Coach, Bus and Train station are also a very short walk from The Barclay and easy to get to. Paignton Zoo is also nearby and offers a great day out for the whole family.

All of our rooms are en-suite with complimentary toiletries, tissues,  along with fair trade tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, flat screen Free-view TV, central heating, and blackout curtains.

Lovely stay

"Steve and Lyn were very welcoming with local knowledge. Good breakfast that set us up for the day.Room on 3rd floor was very spacious.Very comfortable bed and all areas were spotless.Steve arranged a parking space for us in the carpark at the end of the road. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us. We would return."
